You don't worry because you have a box of Ollin and a can of pumpkin in your pantry. This recipe is whipped up in a cinch and gives professional pastry vibes without the pedigree.
ingredients:
Pumpkin Bundt Cake
- 1 package Ollin's "Golden Hour" Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 cup of canned pumpkin
- 2/3 cup of oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Cream Cheese Frosting
- 1 package of cream cheese
- 3 cups of powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
instructions:
- preheat oven to 350°F and prep bundt pan.
- mix the wet ingredients and beat into a bowl. gradually add dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- pour batter into bundt pan and bake for approximately 45 minutes. check for doneness.
- while cake cools, prepare frosting.
- mix frosting ingredients into mixer with whisk attachment. beat at medium speed until combined. frosting should be runny
- once cake is cooled, pour or pipe frosting in top of cake. serve immediately
