ingredients:

Pumpkin Bundt Cake

Cream Cheese Frosting 

  • 1 package of cream cheese
  • 3 cups of powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

instructions:

  1. preheat oven to 350°F and prep bundt pan.
  2. mix the wet ingredients and beat into a bowl. gradually add dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  3. pour batter into bundt pan and bake for approximately 45 minutes. check for doneness.
  4. while cake cools, prepare frosting. 
  5. mix frosting ingredients into mixer with whisk attachment. beat at medium speed until combined. frosting should be runny
  6. once cake is cooled, pour or pipe frosting in top of cake. serve immediately
